Support Services
Positive Health Network offers support services to people living with, affected by and vulnerable to HIV infection to people living in Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand, Norfolk, and Brant. Our support workers offer client-centred support and case-management, referrals to other services such as housing and employment training. Our support team also offers practical assistance programs such as food security programs, and social support programs.

Individualized One-on-One Supports
Trained counselors provide Client Centered support to:
- Individuals living with HIV or AIDS
- Individuals affected by HIV or AIDS
- Individuals who are at-risk for HIV infection
Appointments are available in person, at various locations, or via the phone.
